I have a background in consumer sciences and food studies, including policy. I am based in Copenhagen (DK) where I am currently studying Food Innovation and Health at Copenhagen University. Before moving to Copenhagen in 2016 I lived/studied/worked in Wageningen (NL). My main interests are food, sustainable lifestyle and minimizing environmental impact.
Why I joined FutureLab Europe? I joined FutureLab Europe because I wanted to get a taste of policy-making on the European level, especially with regards to food legislation.
Why do I think that Europe needs active citizens? Because Europe’s future is our future and if we want to influence this future we need to make our voices heard!
